Pudwill is charged with criminal sexual conduct after a traffic stop during which a woman alleges he ordered her into the back of his squad car and touched the bra under her sweater. Former Jordan police officer Corey Pudwill will be back in court tomorrow morning. Pudwill is accused of criminal sexual conduct. Pudwill is facing charges of sexual criminal misconduct that arose after a traffic stop in Jordan. This was the third motion hearing scheduled in the past year. After the most recent motion hearing in February, Pudwill's lawyer, Paul Engh, said he had asked to move the motion hearing to a later date because he had not yet received all the information he requested from the prosecution. |
