Yesterday was by far my worst day of the year so far (even if that only includes a couple of days).

There were missed appointments, problems with the Department of Motor Vehicles, outrageous cell phone bills, low bank balances, broken heaters, and missing watch batteries galore. I even ran into an automatic door that wouldn’t open – twice.

By the time I hit the hay at 10:30 p.m., I was ready to sleep for a week.
