The annual Parade of Homes Fall Showcase is set to run Sept. 8
through Oct. 7.

Seven model homes in Jordan are on this year’s tour.

You can tour two homes in the Arborview neighborhood. They are:

- and 1108 Bridle Creek Drive, M.W. Johnson Construction Inc.,
$249,900;

You can tour four homes in the Bridle Creek neighborhood. They
are:

- 1001 Prospect Pointe Road, Mattamy Homes, $344,990;

- 1013 Prospect Pointe Road, College City Homes Inc., $389,900;

- 1021 Prospect Pointe Road, C&M Home Builders Inc.,
$359,900;

- and 1025 Prospect Pointe Road, Vennehjem Building Corp.,

You can tour one home in the Stonebridge of Jordan neighborhood.
It is: 808 Stone Creek Drive, MeadowBrook Builders Inc., $499,900.

You can also tour 24 homes in Prior Lake, 22 in Shakopee, 11 in
Chaska, three in Carver, two in Belle Plaine, four in New Prague, and one in
Cedar Lake Township.

At one Spring Lake Estates model home in Prior Lake offers bed
and breakfast event, featuring Sleep Number beds, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sept.
8-9, Sept. 15-16, and Oct. 6-7. It is: 16455 Stemmer Ridge Road, Toll Bros.,

In its 59th year, the oldest and larges Parade of Homes event in
the country features 843 model homes and neighborhoods open to the public from
noon to 6 p.m. Thursdays through Sundays. Admission to all homes, except two
Dream Homes in Credit River Township and Edina, is free.
