If you’re reading the news you find on this site, chances are you know that the Jordan Independent is more than just a printed newspaper that is sent to subscribers every Thursday. In fact, we’re always trying to make sure that the people of Jordan can get their news as soon as possible – whether that’s in our print edition or using this site to post updates of sporting events in progress and writing about meetings as soon as they are done.
Well, now we’re trying something different – we’re bringing you the news as it happens.
You may have seen ups at Celebrate Jordan broadcasting live from our booth. That was just a test run for what we hope will be an exciting new way to share Jordan’s news with you. Last week, we broadcast live from the state golf tournament, and earlier this week we were live from the Jordan library.
Here’s how you can make sure you don’t miss out on the live feeds from the Jordan Independent:
- Sign up for our e-mail newsletters under the subscribe menu of this site,
- or become a “fan” of the Jordan Independent’s live broadcasts at http://www.justin.tv/brandonfromjordan [2].
And if you missed our live broadcasts, don’t worry. We record them, so you can check them out under the “recent video” section of our “Multimedia” pull-down menu at the top of this page.
I’m not sure from when or where our next live broadcast will be streaming, but make sure you don’t miss out on the fun.
