John and Deborah Allar of Clearwater announce the birth of their daughter Payton Elizabeth Allar at 10:22 a.m. on March 10, 2008, in Monticello-Big Lake Hospital in Monticello.

The baby girl weighed 9 pounds, 11 ounces, and was 20-3/4 inches long. She has blue eyes and brown hair.

Her grandparents are Dennis and Phyllis Allar of Jordan and Clarence and Gail Ek of Kimball. Her great-grandparents are Clara Allar of Hayward, Wis.

Her sister is Meaghan Marie Allar.
