Kyle and Amanda Noyce of Belle Plaine announce the birth of their daughter Shelby Grace Noyce at 6:48 p.m. Jan. 17, 2008 at Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina.

The baby girl weighed 9 pounds, 5 ounces and was 22 inches long. She has dark brown hair.

Her grandparents are Don Noyce and Patty Doherty of Grand Marais and Rob and Eydie Edberg of Belle Plaine. Her great-grandparents are Gerald and Marie Doherty of Crystal, Bettie Noyce of Oakland, Calif., and Mary Edberg of Shakopee.

Shelby will be baptized at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Jordan.
