Jeff and Pauline Sohler of Jordan announce the birth of their daughter Abby Rose Sohler at 10:40 a.m. Jan. 28, 2008, at St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Shakopee.

The baby girl weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces and was 20 inches long. She has blue eyes and blond hair.

Abby’s grandparents are Rick and Wynn Sohler of Prior Lake and Rosemary Elke of Jordan. Abby's guardian angel is her grandpa, Vernon Elke.

She will be baptized at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.
