Despite the fact that they meant to learn during their recent newspaper office visit, three Jordan Cub Scouts also had fun.

They saw the messy desks of the three employees at the downtown office of the Jordan Independent, paged through back issues of the local paper, and made their own newspaper (read more about that on the print edition editorial page Jan. 31).

They also tested some of the equipment used by reporters. Their favorite piece of equipment was the video camera. See? These two and Mitch Steinhoff are reporters in the making:
