Timothy Fessenden and Lorie S. Fessenden of King Ferry, N.Y., and Joseph and Betty McAndrews of Jordan are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their children Kathleen Sellen Fessenden and Michael Patrick McAndrews.

Kathleen is a 1998 graduate of Southern Cayuga Central High School and graduated from Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y., in 2002 with an animal science degree. She is employed by Cargill Inc. as a dairy nutritionist and resides near Jordan.

Michael graduated from Jordan High School in 1996 and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in animal science from the University of Minnesota in 2000. He owns and manages a 250-cow dairy near Sauk Centre.

A wedding is planned for Aug. 9, 2008, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Aurora, N.Y. An open house in Minnesota will be held Saturday, Sept. 6.

The couple will reside in Sauk Centre.
