Jessica May DeVoe and Charles Gary Mornson of Jordan announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

Jessica is the daughter of Karen and the late Kenneth DeVoe of River Falls, Wis. (Kenneth died in October 2000.) Jessica attended River Falls High School and University of Wisconsin in Superior and Southeastern Technical College in Red Wing and is a registered nurse at Christian Community Home in Hudson, Wis.

Charles is the son of Ronald and Vicki Mornson of Jordan. He attended Jordan High School and Minnesota State University in Mankato and is a company trainer and lead auditor at Apex Management Services in Hastings.

A wedding is planned for Feb. 9, 2008, at Rush River Lutheran Church in River Falls, Wis.
