Four Jordan sports stars rank among the Twin Cities' best athletes this year.

Scott West Panthers wrestlers Lee Goldberg and Tyler Kivel, as well as Jordan Jaguars basketball players Brittany Chambers and Leah Dietel showed up on lists of metro area statistical rankings printed by the Star Tribune today.

Goldberg tops the list of 103-pound wrestlers with a 24-2 record. Kivel, who sports a 22-2 record, is the best of the 135-pounders.

Chambers' 22.6 points per game puts her sixth in the metro, and she was listed as an athlete of the week. Dietel has 19.4 points per game (20th in the metro) and 10.1 rebounds per game (11th).

The metro team rankings for basketball excluded Jordan and all other Class 2A teams.
