I saw a recent top-10 list on MSN.com about the best unoriginal movies. I think they called them "dark" holiday movies. The basic premise was, yeah, everyone watches "A Wonderful Life" but there are other great ones out there too. Ones that go largely unnoticed. Their No. 1, and a very good one in my opinion was the original Die Hard (how was that office party, Brandon).

So what are some of your favorite (traditional or otherwise) holiday movies.

The top of the list for me has to be Christmas Vacation. I watch that a handful of times each Christmas season, I bet. The amazing part for me, is that Vacation wasn't even among the MSN 10. Unbelievable.

Christmas Vacation is tops. Elf is also very underrated in my opinion. ("Candy, Candy Canes, Candy Corn, and syrup."). Die Hard is up there.
