I love taking pictures. When I was in college, I took a class called basic photography. Each student was required to provide his or her own 35-mm camera. I used one that was made before I was even born, and only half of the pictures I took that semester were even usable for the class. I still loved it.
That summer, I bought myself a nice camera (not digital, because I couldn’t afford that much fancy at the time). The camera has more than paid for itself over the past few years, and I love photography just as much as the first time I used the junker camera in my photo class.
I love my film camera, but today was like an early Christmas when I received a new digital camera for work. I can’t wait to get out to a few of Jordan’s most photogenic places (or a school event or two) and take a few pictures with it.
