Jordan's Kathy Machowski has been hunting for ghosts in her hometown and throughout Minnesota for the past few years. The founding member of Beyond the Veil paranormal investigators, she is working on a book that would include evidence of spirits among the living.

Her most recent ghost hunts were at the Landmark Center in St. Paul, an abandoned barn in Sand Creek Township, and the Samuel B. Strait house at the Minnesota Valley Wildlife Refuge in St. Lawrence Township.
