I heard this on the radio last week: "There's a reason you're fat -- you want to be."
Seeing as I'm trying to -- not necessarily lose weight but -- trim down, I found that statemen a little disturbing. Who really wants to be fat?
I want to eat good food from time to time, and that usually means it'll cost me an inch or two on my waistline. But I don't want to be fat.
I do like to exercise more, be what I would call healthy, and have a six pack again. That's going to take some work.
