Jordan Community Education and Recreation Director Brenda Lieske said there was strong participation in this year’s Heimatfest activities.

There were 140 runners in the Run of the Mill, 16 walkers in the Walk of the Mill, 17 participants in the Family Fun Run, and 14 volleyball teams.

“We had a busy day, and wonderful participation from the community,” Lieske said.
