Look on the bright side of last night's Minnesota Twins loss.

Boof Bonser added to his breakout season K total. He has 69 strikeouts on the year.

Before being shelled by the California Angels (I refuse to call them the West Coast's Best Anaheim Angels of Los Angeles City of Lights or whatever their goofy name is), Boofy was 13th in the majors in strikeouts.

He was 4-1 with a 3.61 earned-run average before the blowout.  Even after giving up six runs in 5-1/3 innings, Bonser only raised his ERA to 4.12.

Bonser the K man has arrived.
