At a city council meeting last night, Jordan Mayor Ron Jabs recalled the ribbon-cutting ceremony at Radermacher's Fresh Market. He offered a new pair of giant-sized scissors to the Radermacher family, two of whom cut the ceremonial ribbon during a grand opening held last Thursday.
"I want to see that thing wore out," he said. "And it's going to take a lot to get there."
Later in the evening, Jabs, four other councilmembers, and several planning commissioners talked at length about their hopes for thoughtful development in the city.
