Jordan hired Nathaniel Aldrich to conduct park maintenance during the upcoming summer months.
Aldrich joins Adam Kalal and Stephen Krueger, who have served as seasonal employees in the past. Aldrich was hired from a field of 15 applicants for the job.
"Additional help is needed for the summer months to help with maintenance in the parks and around the many planting areas in the city," Public Works Director Dave Bendzick wrote in a memo to the city council.
The city has hired three seasonal workers during each of the past six summers.
