Jordan School Board Member Dan Buresh said he had spent some time at state high school sporting tournaments with Jordan teams recently, and the Jordan students there were well behaved – and better behaved than most students.

"Our kids were far and away the best," Buresh said. "I think people should realize what a good group of kids we have."

A lot of that recognition belongs to parents and especially the school administration, who teach the kids proper behavior, he said.
