I spent my birthday evening, March 10, at the world’s largest underground fishtank – aquarium, whatever it’s called – Underwater Adventures at the Mall of America in Bloomington. I’d never been before, and – probably just for the special occasion of my birthday – the business was keeping its doors open late. A DJ was hired, a disco ball was spinning, everything!
So here’s a little footage of my fun night.
So, yeah, I saw everything from sharks and stingrays to turtles to seahorses and all kinds of fishies. They were filmed in the dark because of the late-night theme. I didn't get a good shot of the octopus or eel, but what a nice birthday! It was perfect ... if you like fish.
