Paul Jerome Roby, 36, Shakopee, driving after cancellation (inimical to public safety), a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 30 days under electronic home-monitoring, $500 in fines.

Joshua Clifton Smith, 27, Burnsville, driving after cancellation, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 60 days in jail, 30 days under electronic home-monitoring, $480 in fines.

Orfa Nohemy Rodriguez Lemus, 24, Chaska, wrongfully obtaining assistance (theft), a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 10 days of community service, restitution, $80 in fines.

Shane Steven Sams, 39, St. Louis Park, theft, a felony. Serve 20 months in prison, provide DNA sample, restitution, $80 in fines.

Charles Erven Copeland, 25, Grand Rapids, Minn., driving while intoxicated (DWI), a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 30 days in jail, evaluation, $205 in fines.

Gary John Gomez, 41, St. Cloud, fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Serve 18 months in prison, provide DNA sample, restitution, $80 in fines.

Kufre Eric Akpan, 27, Plymouth, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, two days in jail, 28 days under electronic home-monitoring, $555 in fines.

Todd James Harding, 40, Shakopee, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, three days in jail, $1,005 in fines.

Jennifer Lynn LoCascio, 33, Crystal, theft, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 18 days in jail, restitution, $130 in fines.

Sarah Mainavasa Tuaolo, 18, Eagan, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, abstain from alcohol, $605 in fines.

Map Kong, 30, St. Paul, fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Three years’ probation before conviction, $425 in fines.
