David Mark Esser, 46, Shakopee, interference with 911 call, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 22 days in jail, 30 hours of community service, provide DNA sample, evaluation, abstain from alcohol, random tests, $85 in fines.
Timothy Benjamin Vossejpka, 30, Lonsdale, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 30 days in jail, 15 days under electronic home-monitoring, abstain from alcohol, random tests, evaluation, restitution, $910 in fines.
Doyle Leon Schultz, 41, Belle Plaine, DWI (refusal to submit to test), a gross-misdemeanor. Adjudication stayed: One year probation, two days in jail, evaluation, treatment, $710 in fines. Careless driving, a misdemeanor. One year probation.
Lori Ann Ferreira, 45, Lakeville, forgery, a felony. Ten years’ probation, 80 hours of community service, restitution.
Cynthia Ann Elliott, 46, New Prague, false name to police officer, a gross-misdemeanor. One year probation, $285 in fines. Driving after revocation, a misdemeanor. Adjudication stayed: One year probation, $200 in fines.
Roth Thomas Knight, 29, Jordan, driving after cancellation (inimical to public safety), a gross-misdemeanor. Six months’ probation, $500 in court costs.
