Defendants either pleaded guilty or were found guilty by the court unless otherwise indicated. Scott Slaven Traylor, 41, Prior Lake, driving while intoxicated (DWI), a misdemeanor. One year probation, $405 in fines. Obstruction of the legal process, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years' probation, four days in jail, $380 in fines. Juan Antonio Gracia Zambrano, 34, Prior Lake, second-degree possession of controlled substances, a felony. Serve 65 months in prison. April 26 at 11:23 p.m. – An unknown 911 call was received from an address along Juergens Circle. Officers responded to the address and found a man intoxicated and out of control. The man was transported to St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Shakopee and placed on a 72-hour hold.
