Mike and Jessi Swanson of Jordan announce the birth of their son, Tatum, who was born at 2:50 a.m. Dec. 19, 2009, at St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Shakopee.

Tatum weighed 9 pounds, 3 ounces, and was 21 inches long. He has blue eyes and blond hair.

His grandparents are Bob and Becky Snell of New Prague.

Tatum was welcomed home by big sister Ava, 3.
