The Hubmen scored with 25.1 seconds left in the game to take a 41-34 lead - a lead that they held onto despite a last ditch effort by the Tigers. Jordan led 34-20 with 11 minutes left in the game when Belle Plaine rallied for two touchdowns and had a chance to take the lead if it wasn't for a big interception by Tyler Glynn with 55 seconds left. After going years without a conference victory in girls tennis, Jordan has now won two conference matches in a row. The Jaguars defeated Sibley East 4-3 on Thursday afternoon. “It’s unbelievable,” head coach Brad Ernst said. “I don’t know what to say. We played really well.” Jordan won two matches in singles and doubles competition. In singles play, Caitie McBride won 6-4, 6-4 at No. 3 singles while teammate Drew DeCorsey won 6-4, 6-3 at No. 4 singles.
