225 Water Street Creative Arts & Holding Company is looking for the next best “Trash-formation” artist. The contest is open to found object artists (10-100) that want to express their creative abilities using reclaimed materials. There is no fee to enter.

Art Specifications:
1. Materials that would otherwise be trash.
2. Media of your choice that conveys the 3R's, Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.

Judging Criteria:
1. Use of Recycled Materials.
2. Creativity & Functionality.
3. Originality.
4. Level of Effort

The Scott Soil and Water Conservation District Board of Supervisors will be having its monthly meeting on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. at their office in the Scott County Extension and Conservation Center within the Scott County Fairgrounds in Jordan.
