My understanding is that it would not close doors, but it would stop the future expansion of the facility. I am not sure of the effect on operations if the cities' funding goes by the wayside. More to come on this story.

Imagine that... That the Jordan P.D. presuming guilt before innocence. It seems that there is a history of this kind of behavior with the Jordan P.D. The citizens of Jordan need to be asking the questions that TomDubbe stated and should be demanding the answers.
It reminds me of Officer Pudwill's case, which may be out of the lime light for the time being, but will no doubt eventually be back on the front burner. It is no wonder why he is fighting his case. Could there have been some wrong doings in the way his case was handled? Did the City of Jordan take appropriate actions in firing him? Could that be another case where guilt was presumed before innocence?

What other evidence was there in this case? Shouldn't all evidence, or at least the biggest piece of evidence, be in hand before leaving someone to sit in jail for 3 months. This certainly sounds like a case of guilty until proven innocent to me. I can't imagine sitting in jail that long on a false accusation. Is there any sort of recourse for Mr. Heinen in this case??

What steps are being taken to right the wrong done to Adam Heinen.? How about the presumption of innocence? Who apologizes to Mr. Heinen? Is this another case of false accusation which is part of Jordan's infamous history? Should anyone in America be tossed in jail for a false accusation? Jail is not just an inconvience. It is a terrible frightening experience.

We drove home from Winona last night, and had several near misses. Two near misses came on county rd. 8. The deer are out! Next time we will try to drive home earlier in the day and get home before too late.

Travis wanted all to celebrate his life, not mourn his death. There will be a memorial service held in Travis's honor on Aug 25th starting at 12:00. It will be held at our home in Randall, MN. Signs will lead you from Randall to our home. Travis touched the lives of many and we are proud to fulfill his wishes by celebrating the time we had with him. All that knew the wonderful person he was is certainly welcome to come and pay their respects to him. Food, beverages, entertainment, and camping on site. We miss you so very much Travis! We will never ever forget your love!
