You are right the defense

You are right the defense has been WEAK to say the least. I was not at the game, and I don't know the history of the opponent. If our boys hope to have any chances in playoffs, they'll need to dramatically improve their defense. Especially special teams--I have only been to 2 games this year and I saw 3 run-backs on a punt/kickoff.

Defense improving???? Were you at the game on Friday night in Arlington? We gave up touchdowns and alot of offense to the the worst team in the MRC. I have said this all year. Probally the best offense I have seen in about 10 years and also at the same time the worst defense I have seen in about 20.

Still though, your right about hats off. I am glad the offense has been SO good this year. Looks like a home play off game for the Hubmen.

Hats off to our boys for shaking off last week's loss, and it's great to hear our defense is improving. Regardless of what comes next, this has been a fine football season for the Hubmen.

"Thriller!" If you're looking for the teachers dance to the Michael Jackson song, it's the 10th video from the top, or second from the bottom.

Danny Lewis and Michael Anhalt sing two rousing renditions of "I Feel Pretty" in the fifth and last videos from the top.

My personal favorite: Roshawn and Ryan Brown dancing to "Walk It Out." That's the seventh video from the top, or fifth from the bottom. Todd Abeln got a great photo of them, too -- it's on the front page of the print edition this week.

All eight MRC teams won their opening game this week. I don't remember that ever happening before, but I am young.

No actually its not. Ken Rothenberger won two state titles in 1984. Rothenberger won the 200 and the high jump.
