I’m going with an Italian theme, and I’ll be making a white wine cream sauce, cheese puffs, rolls, zucchini and tomato salad, and chicken.</p> <p>I’m hoping it will be a pretty good meal, but I’m a little worried about the idea of going it on my own for most of the meal. Hopefully Molly will enjoy it. She, by the way, gets to bring the dessert, and that’s going to be a surprise for me.
