 <title>Here is the part I don&#039;t</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;Here is the part I don&#039;t understand...why would the city spend money on parks inside housing developments? I once brought my son to the park in Bridle Creek&#039;s addition, and was told by a resident that the park was for &quot;the people who lived in Bridle Creek&quot; If this is true, why should the city spend money on the park if it is not accessible to all citizens of Jordan? It seems unfair. Or maybe the guy was just saying that so we would leave, who knows.&lt;/p&gt;
