Scott County Historical Society has an interesting artifact from a Jordan graduate. Here's the description I found on the Web:

"Flight suit belonging to former Air Force Capt. Lance Schroeder. Schroeder is orginally from Jordan and graduated from Jordan High School in 1983. The suit was worn when he flew 31 combat missions over northern Iraq during Operation Provide Comfort in 1991. The flight suit has patches denoting his former unit, et cetera. See more information in his biographical file."

I didn't find his biological file online, but if you want more information, you might want to look it up in person. The object number is 1999.074.

Grad'd from JHS in 1987, joined the Air Force that December. Currently still in the USAF stationed in Texas. I met my wife while stationed in Germany, and have been married now for a year and a half. We're expecting our first child in March.
-- As of March 16, we now have a beautiful daughter, born at Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland AFB, San Antonio, Texas.
