 <title>Jordan is at a disadvantage</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;Jordan is at a disadvantage in most of these government initiatives that focus on out-state and metro area divides. It’s a small town on the edge of the metro area. It’s still close enough to be considered part of the metro, but far enough out that it’s problems are much different than a place like Eagan, Apple Valley, or even Shakopee.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It seems to me like this will be no exception, taking potential companies away from a town like Jordan that is in desperate need of commercial properties, and bringing them just outside of Scott County (which is not a JOBZ area).&lt;/p&gt;
