&lt;p&gt;&amp;quot;We would like to buy a lot that has a pond on part of it.  If a child falls through and drowns who is responsible for that child? I&#039;ve tried looking in Mn. laws, Scott county laws, and Jordan Laws, with no success. Thanks ...&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;
