Shawn you are very lucky. I have sold a few things on Craigs list, a camper for one. Had very good luck. They came to me with Cash.

We have rented an apartment to someone that saw it on craigs list. The people turned out really nice. I did get some really wierd emails from other countries about them coming here to medical school and needing this apartment (in Jordan, right). I was leary of them. But I needed to keep up with fair housing guidelines. When I emailed them the application I never heard from them again.

I agree that you need to be skeptical. Thanks for the tip.
