I prefer surprises, but usually, the surprise is nothing special when it comes to e-mails. The best e-mails I receive come from readers, residents who aren't readers, and former residents who have a story to tell about their past time spent in Jordan.

Does it bother you when you either send or receive an e-mail with no subject? Or do you prefer to be surprised?
