Your photography is professional, emotional, and newsworthy. You have a keen eye and your technical work is excellent, as I have told you in the past.

I like the online portfolio. At the JI, we get many more Web and e-mailed resumes now than ever -- it's becoming quite normal, but if you're serious about a particular job, you should still send hard copies, I think.

I know your breadth of work is much more than what you have posted at Zenfolio. Maybe more folders (organized by topic/sport/assignment?) would make you look as experienced as you are.

Also, I'd change the statement about "wandering" to your Web site. If you're applying for jobs, I'm guessing that the site will be an intentional destination, not something I just happen to see. Maybe I'm wrong, though. I haven't used Zenfolio before.
