By far, the best cancelled TV show that I watch is "Wonderfalls." Pulled off the air after only three episodes, the 11 remaining un-aired episodes show just how great the show could have been had it been granted a stay of execution.

Another great cancelled show is "Arrested Development," but that show was actually given three seasons to find an audience. After it failed a third time, it seemed only fair that the network pulled the plug.
