I am writing to let you know about a wonderful upcoming event that will really get you into the holiday spirit.

For the 4th year in a row, The Lake Wobegon Brass Band will perform a free concert at Colonial Church of Edina, which is located at 6200 Colonial Way in Edina, to kick off the holiday season.

The freewill offering event, which will take place on Friday, Dec. 4, 2009, from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m., is a significant annual fundraiser for Families Moving Forward, a faith-based organization that provides emergency shelter, permanent affordable housing and supportive services to low income Twin Cities families with children.
