The Jordan Honor Guard has lasted 50 years. 

Its roster includes Duane Deutsch, Randy Eckstein, Gene Eichten, Tom Hennen, Mike Hennen, Merv Hennes, Lanny Holzer, Elmer Jabs, Tom Kes, Cliff Klehr, Butch Mamer, Oliver Nichols, Myron Pauly, Elmer Pieper, Dennis Smith, Les Thill, Rich VonBank, Chuck Wermerskirchen, Paul Wermerskirchen, and Cy Wolf.

On Oct. 28, 1957, the Jordan area residents called their first meeting to organize the group, which was officially formed in1958. Those who attended include Don Allmann, Hilary Berg, Frank Betchwars, Jerry Busch, Max Casey, Elwood Greirial, Ambrose Hennes, Leon Hennes, Ray Jabs, Albert Kreuser, Joseph Kreuser, Gibby Mickus, Frank Neft, Ralph Patterson, Leondre Reis, Clem Schoen, Ed Smith, Albert Woederhoff, Barney Woederhoff.

Some of those names might be spelled wrong. The handwriting in the minutes is a little unfamiliar to me.
