I woke up to state Rep. Mark Buesgens' voice this morning.

As she usually does each day, my darling wife was watching a TV newscast. On KARE 11, Buesgens was pictured on the floor of the Minnesota House of Representatives, talking about the renewable energy bill.

Electric companies are required to increase their use of renewable energy. I don't know much more than that about the bill, but my personal concern is that it will increase the cost of heat, cooling, and electricity. That we have yet to find out ...
