Tomorrow, a bill authored by State Rep. David Bly that would require a renewable energy objective and a state economic benefit strategy is scheduled to be considered by the House Energy Finance and Policy Division. The meeting is at 2:30 p.m. Friday in Room 5 of the State Office Building, which is near the State Capitol in St. Paul.
