I've been listening lately to Weezer's "Make Believe" album -- the black one.
You know it as the one with the overplayed but still really cool "Beverly Hills" song.
I picked up this album a little late, but it was good driving music in the convertible while touring the mountains of Colorado and downtown Denver.
Although I've never done any kind of illegal drug, it's hard not to sing the song "We Are All on Drugs." Maybe I shouldn't be listening to this or admitting on a public-forum site that I'm addicted to this kind of music. But I can't help it -- the song is catchy. A real toe-tapper. Rad, if you will.
There are a lot of great songs on this album, and I'm amazed at the range of style that Weezer plays. This band ought not to go away for a long time.
That's my personal, unprofessional review.
