Negativity is a disease

Shame on you Andy Who Ever!

You know nothing of this crash. Its all speculation until the accident report is released 21 days after the accident so all of you who think you know what happeded need to quit KNOW! Negativity is a disease and i feel sorry for all of you who feel the need to gossip without the facts. A death is never easy and people like you make it worse for those of us left behind by such a tragic event. What, I wonder, would it cost YOU if there were crossing arms at that intersection? Maybe it would save your life someday or someone you love! And to those who say he was speeding, does that mean he deserved to die, I think not. If you knew Wally you would be a better person, obviously you never knew him.

Thank you Katie! I didn't have the strength to fight this one, because I have to be strong for his two boys who are left behind. When you come into Chaska or Shakopee, the train tracks have a crossing guard. Why not Jordan? I watched today our boys kiss Kelly and wish her Happy Mother's day. She is devasted! Negativity is a disease!

Shame on me? For what? I was not negative in my comment, so where that comes from is beyond me. The original idea behind my comment was this:

We do not need to react to every accident. The crossing is equipped with overhead warning lights and I assume they were working (if not, I'll shut up, but it looks like they were on in Brandon's photos). They did their job. It is the driver's responsibility to be attentive and stop when they are flashing.

I never claimed to know anything about that accident, just like I said in my comment. Please go reread what I said and realize I wasn't bashing Mr. Cobb or his family. So I have no shame for that.

And next time Katie, attack my opinion, not me personally.

Andrew i've read your comments and agree with you. There was no specualtion on the accident. There was no disrespect towards the family. You could have the same arguement whether there was a accident there or not. I understand this is a difficult time for the family, but attacking someone with a differing opinion than you is uncalled for. It was an honest assesment of the situation. Arguing your reasons for the stop arms goes a long way towards getting them installed, but just because someone disagrees with you doesn't mean they are disrespecting your loved one.

i never speed and speeding was probably the issue because otherwise u could stop on time for train-or drinking or drugging and the police are not around enough to watch behaviors in a narrow minded town--and did someone diserve to die death is a part of life hes already reincarnated into even though the world is severely severely over populated-i have lost 16 friends in my 43 years--wes we greive- i work in a chem dep treatment center and folks die in there 20s unfortunatly as it is god bless family and friends of him.
