Are you over thirty? Are you nerdy, uncool, or simply suburban? You can "front a mad vocabulary" with my slang word of the week. Each week I will post a new word along with its definition and a sample sentence. You will be "talking street" in mere weeks. Give it a try... use your new word in a sentence and post it here.

This weeks word is:
WORD also WORD UP 1: a response, exclamation, or vote of affirmation, agreement, endorsement "I love Monet, don't you?" "WORD" - syn ME TOO, YEAH, UH HUH 2: informal greeting - syn HI, HEY 3: information, briefing "What's the WORD on Bobby?"

Dude, no. I, personally, hate when people try to use "hip" words to try to "fit in" more with the younger kids. And seriously, We live in Jordan, we don't talk like that. Don't try to be "hip," be yourself, because it's likely that you are groovy, just as you are. :)
