Our family attends Lydia Zion United Methodist Church which is in Lydia, 7 miles east of Jordan on County Road 10. I converted to Methodist about 12 years ago, while Melissa, my wife, has been going there her entire life. Her Father has been going there for 76 years. I really enjoy the "small-family" type of church that it is. We all know everyone, and when someone misses a Sunday, you usually get a phone call from someone wondering if you are ok, because they missed you. Both Melissa and myself are very active at church. Melissa plays the piano every Sunday for service, as well as the President of the UMW (United Methodist Women), she also sits on many different committees. I am the director of our yearly VBS (Vacation Bible School), and also run the UMM (United Methodist Men), as well as sit on many different committees.

If you are searching for a church, why not come visit us. Service is every Sunday at 9:00 AM, with Childrens Church beginning at 9:15 AM.
