Has anyone else noticed........

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed how when the Jordan police pull a car over they tend to have their patrol cars stick out into traffic. Or if they pull in directly behind the car being stopped, the cop will stand out in the road? This doesn't seem too safe for the cops or the motorists trying to get around them.

Back to page topFrom what makes sense, one reason to have the patrol car sticking out into traffic is to make cars move over and give the officer more standing room along the pulled over car. I dont know if I've seen an officer stand out in the road though...

Back to page topI agree with the above said. It makes all the other traffic move over, which I believe is a State Law now. It also puts their patrol car behind where they are standing to issue the ticket. Makes it a little safer for them.
