Within the past two days, three people I know have been hurt in similar ways – each was doing something seemingly simple when they pulled, over stretched, or otherwise hurt a muscle.

In light of the Christmas season, I’m trying to keep things positive, but it isn’t really working. I can say that this is the best Christmas rainstorm I’ve ever seen, but that isn’t really saying much, is it? In fact, what it says to me is that this weather is garbage, and there is no getting around that.
