We now have a officer who drives around and looks for weeds growing in peoples yards or if they have something out of place. The officer than sends a letter telling these people to clean up the yard or else.This officer may want to open her eyes as she pulls out of the parking lot of city hall,the streets (1st and water) have weeds growing along the curb and gutter and the middle of the street. What an eyesore,but if you can't write some one a ticket then you don't see it.
