Christmas tree lighting

Jordan’s annual Christmas tree decorating and lighting ceremony in Pekarna Park will take place on Saturday, Dec. 1.

The Jordan Fire Department will begin decorating at 9 a.m., and the tree lighting will take place at 6:30 p.m.

Anyone wishing to participate is invited, and businesses that have decorated for the holidays are encouraged to turn on their Christmas lights at 6:30 p.m., as well.
